There’s the Blame! movie and Godzilla trilogy to keep you happy if you’re looking for a blockbuster. You have their best work, Knights of Sidonia, to entertain you with incredible space battles and surprisingly immersive worldbuilding. You have Ajin, a supernatural terrorist thriller with fantastic sound design and a very satisfying conclusion.
While I agree their style can result in many similar looking characters, it’s in the action sequences and set pieces that their particular vision of anime shines. There are many people in the anime community who dislike the animated efforts of Polygon Pictures.
